Complaint Procedure

Do you have a complaint about us, a product of ours or a service provided?
If so, please contact us first. One of our views is that customer service should be transparent, however we would be treated if we bought something. That's why we often get out of it.

If you have had contact with us, and are still not satisfied you can start a dispute at Stichting Webwinkel Keurmerk. This can also be done via ODR.


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge, and in some cases we will credit you.

Some of our products use a Hygiene Sticker. Of course this sticker expires when a product does not do what you may expect of it.
